I’m James Cape, an independent consultant and interim leader with over two decades of senior leadership experience in the European pharmaceutical industry.
After 22 years shaping commercial and access strategy. within a leading, top-five global pharmaceutical organisation , I started a new chapter and founded Cape Pharma. My primary focus is providing director-level interim leadership for companies needing to “parachute” in a senior commercial or market access leader for a fixed-term contract of six months or more. I also make my expertise directly accessible through strategic consultancy, offering practical, senior-level insight without the overhead of a full-time executive.
